Survey Link Update
We want your feedback, and we've had great success with our online survey. The survey provider has updated the web site, so you may have noticed that the appearance of our survey has changed. More importantly, the link to access the survey has also changed. We review all feedback, and we give attention in detail to the suggestions and comments on issues that we receive. We want you to be confident in relying on us and to be happy to work with us. If there is anything we can do to improve our support performance, please let us know.

New Support Member
The Support Team wants to welcome our newest addition to the team, Laif Harwood. Laif comes to ProModel as a recent graduate from Utah Valley University with a BS in Business Management Laif and his wife, Shartel, live in West Jordan, UT. In his spare time, Laif loves to be active golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.
Laif, having quickly learned ProModel and Process Simulator, has become a valuable asset to the Support Team. He is eager to work with our customers to help them achieve success.
The support team has been working on adding more solution videos to our YouTube channel and Solutions Café. Check out our new additions:
