Strategic Process Improvement Planning

Whether your facility is planning a single PI project in a single department, implementation of a new PI methodology such as Lean or Six Sigma, or a system-wide strategic operational plan, the integration of technologies, methodologies, resources, time, and structure is critical to success. Long-term strategic planning must be understood within the context of possible impacts on individual departments and staff as well as patients, requiring multiple “levels” of focus, vision, and insight.
