Using the scenario manager along with the enhanced data graphics, streamlines and speeds up your ability to get results.  Conducting “Virtual Kaizen Events” with Process Simulator now provides the follow powerful new capabilities:

  • Visualize current and future state KPI’s displayed with the animation
  • Compare multiple scenarios simultaneously right on the screen as soon as simulation is complete
  • No need to go to a separate reports module to understand output and likely courses of action

Process Simulator is also a valuable tool during the Analyze and Improve stages of the DMAIC process.  In the previous release of Process Simulator, direct integration to Minitab was added.  This connectivity helps to assist with a Six Sigma initiative by providing data and access to the Six Pack Capability Analysis charts.
You can view a short video about the Minitab integration by clicking here. Click here to see a customer interview video
