ProModel to Host Conference September 18, 2009 in Los Angeles, CA
The Model-Based Enterprise: Proofing
Resources, Production, and Processes

September 18,
LAX Airport Marriott
The model-based enterprise one-day event will
address questions through client presentations,
workshops and technology reviews. You should attend
if you are facing challenges such as:
- How
can R&D executives determine their organizations
capacity to plan, design, develop and test?
- How
can program managers reassign resources and have
confidence in getting late projects on-track?
- How
can Kaizen events be enhanced to better deal with
resource constraints and rework?
- How
can we forecast program financial performance
tied directly to project timing?
The conference sessions will focus on:
- Maximizing value of the portfolio of projects
- Dynamic validation of production
- Virtual kaizen
Most attendees will be familiar with risk and
resource-driven decisions enabling the group to
learn directly from client presentations and what
worked well for them. Two short workshops will
explore the leap-frog technology that improves
resource assignments, the portfolio, and what
virtual Kaizen adds to established LEAN practices.
