ProModel Adds Forums and Online Chat to Support Services |
ProModel Support is pleased to announce
the addition of forums and an online chat to our support options
in the Solutions Café. In the forums you will be able to
comment about ProModel solutions, ask for help, talk about and inquire
about solutions, add screen shots, and learn from others in your
industry.
Have quick question for a support representative? Use the online
chat feature to communicate with a support engineer and get the
answers you need.
Please give them both a try, and tell us what you think!

Training Updates
Got Training? We do. We have free monthly training webinars, a simulation
certification program, and a variety of in-depth continuing education
classes available. We are now offering regularly
scheduled classes in our Allentown, Pennsylvania office. If the convenience
of an east coast training site is helpful for you, be sure to check out
our schedule of upcoming classes below.
