New Employees

Aaron Nelson – Technical Support Engineer
Aaron recently joint the ProModel Corporation in 2007. Prior to this, he was Network Administrator for an Arizona law firm, Aspey, Watkins, and Diesel. Since being with ProModel, Aaron completed several simulations courses. Aaron has a great understanding of computer technology associated with ProModel simulation software, and is able to utilize his understanding while communicating with customers. He is currently the Process Simulator dedicated support Engineer.

Ryan Reyes, Technical Support Engineer
Ryan recently joined ProModel in March of 2007. Previously he was a senior support technician for a local marketing company. Ryan has worked in the technical support field in various capacities from hardware support to software support. Ryan has completed a number of simulation training courses since he has arrived at ProModel.


Training Updates

ProModel’s training program is here for you. We have free monthly training webinars, a simulation certification program, and a variety of in-depth continuing education classes available. We are now offering regularly scheduled classes in our Allentown, Pennsylvania office. If the convenience of an east coast training site is helpful for you, be sure to check out our schedule of upcoming classes.
