On the technology front, we have released major upgrades to all of our products including Process Simulator, ED (Emergency Department) Simulator, Portfolio Simulator, ProModel, MedModel and ServiceModel. All of these products have powerful new capabilities and improved user interfaces that greatly improve usability and modeling productivity. One long-time customer said that he can’t remember when ProModel has released so much exciting technology to the market. The ability to visualize, analyze and optimize has never been better. Traditional users of ProModel, ServiceModel and MedModel will see not only an improved user interface, but expanded database connectivity and added array types which support strings and even full numeric expressions. The new 3DR output viewer is especially powerful and provides more useful information than ever before. Our consulting team has been particularly busy this year and has engaged in a broad spectrum of simulation projects. They have gotten to the point where they don’t just deliver models, but tailored solutions with custom user interfaces that allow managers and planners to make decisions quicker and more reliably than ever before. As you can tell, we are excited at what this year has brought and we hope you will be equally excited as you get in and start trying out these new products and services. We believe we are positioned to be more responsive than ever to your needs as you face more challenging and crucial decisions that impact your operations. I look forward to seeing all of you at our upcoming Solutions Conference in Park City at the end of April. Best wishes for the holidays, Charley Harrell To unsubscribe from
