ProModel Solutions Conference Coming Soon!

In just one month the simulation technology event of the year will be upon us. The 14th Annual ProModel Solutions Conference is July 21-24th, with training sessions before and after.

This year's Conference features truly outstanding speakers and presentations. We will be introducing several new products and two key upgrades to help facilitate your success.

Two New Products

ProModel® PI (for Process Improvement)
This revolutionary new add-on product enables simulation of Microsoft VISIO business diagrams. ProModel PI installs as a plug-in to VISIO, and seamlessly creates and runs simulation models-all inside VISIO! Whatever your application, diagram it, then simulate and analyze without having to leave VISIO. For complex processes, let ProModel PI build your seed model then add more detail in your professional product. Models are easily readable and customizable in ProModel, MedModel, or ServiceModel. This new product will be available for purchase at the Conference for all current license holders of our software. Learn more at the Conference, and receive special pricing if you attend. If you have questions in the meantime, please contact your regional manager.

OptQuest ® for ProModel
This optimization software is a robust and powerful add-on for users of ProModel, MedModel and ServiceModel - and soon INNOVATE . OptQuest uses the latest state-of-the-art optimization algorithms-based upon integer programming, neural networks, scatter search, and tabu search. More information and special pricing will be available for all Conference attendees.

The Latest Upgrades

INNOVATE 1.2
This powerful 3D software takes the next strong step forward at this year's Solutions Conference. Included are great improvements in the user interface and tighter integration between model building and animation. Take a closer look and experience the new simulation environment that provides:

  • synchronization between the engine and the animator
  • trace window and variable watch
  • 3D navigation hot keys
  • saved views
  • scenarios
  • external arrivals
  • improvements in commands

ProModel / MedModel / ServiceModel 5.2
Our simulation software just keeps getting better and better. Version 5.2, an update to Release 2002 will be available for download from the Solutions Café at the end of June. This update includes the latest improvements:

  • improved Trace and Debug windows
  • fixes to the Trunc and Round functions, and more
  • the latest version of Output Viewer 3DR
  • and the latest version of Stat::Fit 2

A Solution-Based Conference.
In addition to these new products and upgrades, this year's Solutions Conference will focus on sharing successful applications of the technology in a wide variety of areas. Learn new tips, techniques, and methods for getting more out of simulation. Your eyes will be opened to new and innovative uses of the technology, which will provide you new ideas for creating value. Presentations will include:

David Ciampi of the CIO's office at IBM discussing the business transformation using ProModel technology to reduce order-to-cash cycle time.

Senator Lane Beattie sharing what the successful Salt Lake 2002 Winter Olympics "Powered by ProModel" meant to the State of Utah and all of us.

Bennett Foster of DuPont explaining how to successfully incorporate ProModel technology in 6 sigma initiatives.

Ann Janssen of Pfizer discussing strategies for using simulation in the discovery process in a Global Pharmaceutical Environment

William Johnson of Miami Valley Hospital sharing the quantification of inefficiencies in their Emergency and Trauma Center.

Dave Tucker of United Space Alliance explaining how simulation is applied to the Space Shuttle Thermal Tile manufacturing.

Harald Mutzke of Siemens and Rob Bateman of ProModel communicating how ProModel simulation is helping to make airports more safe and efficient after September 11th.

Mike Morris of ProModel summarizing key manufacturing and logistics applications for ProModel simulation technology.

…and many, many more.

This year it's all about valuable solutions! Join us July 21-24th in Park City, Utah.
